Founder
Mr. Chhaganbhai Chanchpara is the founder and director of Sai Ram Group, an ambassador in creating affordable living options in Surat. He became a graduate in Civil Engineering in 1984. He worked for around four years in the irrigation department under the public sector in Surat.In 1991, he started his career in the real estate sector. He had a vision of redefining home as an affordable living space instead of a luxury, so he established Sai Ram Group. Having a career span of more than 30 years in the real estate industry, he always works towards creating long term and sustainable customer relationships. He believes that business is about winning customers’ trust by delivering as per the commitment. He is also a key advisor & offers his expertise for Capital Realty.

Mr. Vikesh Chanchpara, the Co-founder, has been contributing to scale the business to new heights. He is a B. Tech graduate in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate in Real Estate And Urban Infrastructure Management (REUIM). Known for his vibrant personality, he never fails to add an innovative touch to the company’s offerings. Being a management and technical graduate, he knows how to strike the balance between quality and cost-effectiveness.
